Solution: No signal after activating eSIM

There are multiple reasons why your device is unable to find a signal after successfully installing an eSIM. You may experience the following problems after installing your eSIM: 

  • No signal bars
  • Phone searching for signal
  • Signal status shows "No connection" 

The most common reason for this is that you are not currently located in the eSIM service area. Please note that an Italian eSIM will only connect in Italy, and a USA eSIM will only connect in the USA, and so on!
